Why I Love to Train, Coach, and Support My DREAM Team and Clients

One of the greatest joys in my work — and truly one of my deepest passions — is training, coaching, and supporting the people who choose to walk this journey with me. Whether it’s my DREAM Team or the clients who trust me with their precious family memories and legacy, I feel blessed every single day to be part of their growth, their wins, their challenges, and their stories.

Who the DREAM Team Is

The DREAM Team is a community of people who work alongside me as:

Creative Memories Advisors
FOREVER® Ambassadors
Members of The Photo Managers
Or sometimes… all three

Some are brand new. Some have been with me for years. Some focus on business growth, others on personal projects, and many on both. But what they all share is heart — a desire to help others preserve memories, tell stories, and build legacy.

They are collaborators, learners, leaders, and friends. They are people who show up for each other. And they are people I am honored to guide.

Why I Love Coaching and Training

I love helping people succeed — personally, professionally, creatively, and emotionally. Coaching isn’t just about giving answers. It’s about helping people find answers. It’s about asking the right questions, offering perspective, providing feedback, and celebrating the moments when everything clicks.

Sometimes coaching looks like:

Guiding someone through a business decision
Helping them navigate a challenge
Brainstorming ideas for growth
Teaching a new skill

Or simply being the person who listens

And sometimes it’s about saying, “You did it. I’m proud of you.” Those moments matter. They build confidence. They build momentum. They build community.

Supporting Clients Is a Gift

Training my clients — especially in the preservation of their precious family memories and legacy — is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. There is something sacred about helping someone organize, protect, and share the stories that shaped their life.

There are so many words that describe how I feel when I work with my team and clients:

Blessed. Grateful. Encouraged. Helpful. Inspired. Connected. Grounded. Energized. Honored.

I love celebrating their successes — big or small. I love being a sounding board when life isn’t peaches and cream. I love being part of their journey, not just their projects.

And the truth is, I am blessed to call so many of them friends. This work has given me relationships I treasure, stories I hold close, and a community that feels like family.

Celebrating 30 Years

This year, I’m celebrating 30 years in business — three decades of helping people save, organize, and share their memories and legacy. (Yes, I started when I was three. Obviously.)

Thirty years of learning. Thirty years of growing. Thirty years of walking alongside clients and colleagues who have shaped my life in ways I could never have imagined.

Marking this milestone while reflecting on why I love coaching and training feels especially meaningful. It reminds me that passion, purpose, and people have always been at the center of my work — and always will be.

Why This Matters So Much to Me

Because helping people succeed is part of my purpose. Because legacy matters. Because community matters. Because people matter.

Training, coaching, and supporting others isn’t just something I do. It’s something I love. It’s something that fills me up. It’s something that reminds me every day why I started this work — and why I continue it with so much joy.
