She has owned and operated multiple businesses, including a manufacturing company for 23 years, and has held leadership roles in business development, marketing, and executive management. Her expertise is further strengthened by her involvement in peer advisory groups, where she first recognized the profound impact of collaborative leadership.
Beyond her work with Raven Roundtables, Linda remains deeply engaged in her community and state-wide business organizations. She currently serves as Board Chair for East Central Energy, Minnesota’s third-largest electric cooperative. Her leadership strengths—Positivity, Maximizer, Strategic Thinking, Activator, and Achiever—are at the core of her coaching philosophy.
