The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between You (Attendee) and BGL & Associates, LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) for the purposes of attending an event.

Please read the Event Policies carefully before you complete your Registration. By completing a registration or by clicking to accept or agree to the Event Policies when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Event Policies and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

CANCELLATION/REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY

​

Registration fee is nonrefundable. Exceptions for Twin Cities Digital Day and National Scrapbook Day. Please see registration pages for exact policy.

PROGRAM, ACTIVITY OR EVENT CHANGES

​

BGL & Associates, LLC reserves the right to make changes to policy, program, events and schedules, additions, or cancellations for any reason.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING

​

Audio recording, video recording, streaming, or broadcasting of any type during any part of our program is prohibited unless expressly consented to in writing by BGL & Associates, LLC.

​

COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND WARNINGS

​

Attendee shall observe and obey all stated and customary rules, conditions, and warnings, including but not limited to any oral instructions or directions given by BGL & Associates, LLC, or any employees. If Attendee observes any unusual or significant hazard, Attendee shall make reasonable efforts to avoid such hazard and bring such hazard to the attention of BGL & Associates, LLC, or the nearest agent thereof.

GENERAL INFORMATION

​

• BGL & Associates, LLC Office & Studio is a completely smoke-free environment.

• The use of perfumes and aerosols must be on a VERY limited basis due to potential allergic reactions.

• All medical and personal treatments must be conducted in private and away from the public areas.

• Be cognizant of each attendee’s personal work and workspace.

 

WAIVER OF RIGHTS

Attendee, on behalf of Attendee and any heir, assign, personal representative, or next of kin, waives the right to recover from BGL & Associates, LLC for any and all losses, personal injury, death, or damage that Attendee may sustain as a result of Attendee’s presence at or participation in our event, whether caused by the fault of Attendee, BGL & Associates, LLC, or any third party.

INDEMNIFICATION

​

Attendee agrees to be responsible for, indemnify and hold BGL & Associates, LLC harmless from any and all claims, losses, and/or occurrences which may arise from or in connection with Attendee’s presence at or participation in The Programs, including, but not limited to, losses, personal injury, death, damage, or rights of any third party. This indemnification of BGL & Associates, LLC by Attendee includes, but is not limited to, attorneys’ fees and any other expenses incurred by BGL & Associates, LLC in pursuing, defending, or processing any claim resulting from Attendee’s conduct or Attendee’s failure to act.
